You asked, I answered
Charming retro vibes and stunning views made my stay unforgettable! Quality breakfast catered to all, and the locality was superb, with buses at the doorstep taking you straight to the city. Staff's multilingual skills impressed me, enhancing the whole experience. The cleanliness could use some attention, though. my room's carpet needed a good scrub.

Spacious room with a lovely view to Buda, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast provided a fantastic selection, which was a real highlight. However, the elevator seemed outdated and could use an update. Also, the carpet in the room required a deep clean, which affected the overall feel of the space.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Staff
I appreciated the staff's attentive service, especially when they rearranged transportation due to flight delays. The breakfast buffet featured delicious options, though I recommend exploring nearby restaurants for a nicer meal. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but be aware of potential noise from the street.

Perfect for a group getaway
The staff here were really friendly and made us feel welcome every time we came back. I especially liked that we had a little kitchenette in our room which was super helpful to make quick snacks after long days exploring.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still reasonable for the location and comfort.

Hotel Charles provided an excellent stay with spacious, clean rooms. The staff was very helpful, assisting with local transportation options and providing valuable sightseeing recommendations. The location on the Buda side is ideal, with convenient bus access to the city center. Additionally, the breakfast featured a variety of delicious options, including freshly baked pastries.
Some amenities were lacking, and the decor could use modernization.

Spacious Deluxe Studio, great for families looking for some room to breathe. The location offers easy access to public transport, with a bus stop right outside, making it simple to explore the area.
Accessibility is a real concern. the elevator only stops mid-floor, making it a trek for anyone with strollers or wheelchairs. The breakfast, priced at 15€, felt not worth the cost, and the bed configuration was two singles pushed together, which didn’t provide the comfort I expected. Furthermore, dealing with hot water took a bit longer than it should. Overall, while decent for a night, it might not suit longer stays due to the mattress's softness, which could lead to restless nights.

The staff was incredibly helpful, providing great tips on local attractions and transit options. Breakfast was a delightful surprise with a diverse selection of pastries and hot dishes that energized our mornings. The location was perfect, right near a bus stop that made getting around a breeze!
